I graduated from Northern Illinois University in December 2002. I have been working in Shirland
since August 2003. I have a husband, four children, six grandchildren, and one dog. Before
entering the teaching field, I worked in the banking business for over 20 years. I am a professional
seamstress and at one time I had my own sewing school called Sew Can You for children, boys
and girls, ages 6 though 12.
