My name is Martha Marion.  I live in Rockton with my husband and my daughter who is a senior at Hononegah High School.  I also have a son who is a senior at Western Illinois University.  I graduated with a degree in Fine Arts from Rockford College and was a free-lance artist while I raised my children.  During that time I also worked as a substitute teacher and taught art at an alternative high school.  I received my Masters Degree in Teaching from National Louis University.  This is my third year teaching at Shirland School and I am happy to be a part of the Shirland community.
